In 2020, 2021, and 2022, the Education Foundation -- along with donations from many League members and friends -- was able to send a total of $31,000 to the Student Emergency Assistance Fund (SEAF) for COM students

Once again this year our Education Foundation is seeking donations to a Student Emergency Assistance Fund (link HERE) for students at the College of Marin who have short term financial crises. The emergency fund provides counselors on the front-line with means to provide financial assistance, enabling early intervention so that little problems don't become life-changing events. 

Donations will be matched by the League of Women Voters - Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit fund, and should be tax deductible. Simply click "Donate" below and on the next page select the first fund option.
